Content Policy

Neya is an adult service. Consensual sexual content between adults — you and a fictional adult AI character — is allowed. Some things are never allowed, no matter how they are framed (fiction, roleplay, "hypothetical", a joke).

The characters

Neya, Lynne and Jayde are fictional adult characters (all 24 or older). They are AI, not real people, and are not modelled on any real person.

Never allowed

• Minors. Any sexual or sexualised content involving anyone under 18, or characters who are described, drawn or roleplayed as minors or as child-like — including age-play, "teen"/"schoolgirl" framings that imply a minor, ageing characters down, or "she's actually 1000 years old" workarounds.
• Real people. Sexual, intimate or degrading content about a real, identifiable person (celebrities, people you know, anyone), including requests to make a character look like, or speak as, a real person, and anything shared without that person's consent.
• Non-consent in reality. Content that promotes or instructs sexual violence, or that sexualises real incidents of abuse.
• Illegal content and activity. Including incest-framed sexual content, bestiality, instructions for weapons, drugs or other crimes, extremist or terrorist content, and anything illegal where you or we are.
• Harm. Encouraging self-harm or suicide, harassment, threats, and hate against people for who they are.
• Abuse of the service. Attempts to extract prompts or secrets, bypass limits or safety checks, automate or resell access, or share generated content as if it showed a real person.

How we enforce it

Automated checks screen messages and generation requests, and the characters will refuse or steer away from prohibited content. Flagged content may be reviewed by us. Breaking these rules can lead to content being blocked, and to suspension or deletion of your account. Apparent child sexual abuse material is reported to the relevant authorities.
